1. Key Mapping Table: Provide an Excel file listing the key mapping for each key.

   • Format Requirements: Provide a template or reference sample to ensure proper column naming and formatting.

   • Character Requirements: Ensure the characters and symbols are within the supported range; special characters should be confirmed in advance.

2. Special Character Requests: If there are special character or customization needs, please provide the design or character file in advance.

4. Order Policy

• Minimum Order Quantity: 20 pieces per order (single size, single color). Additional keys are charged at 20 RMB per key. No extra charge for orders over 200 pieces (same size, same color).

• Production Time:

  • Sample production: 5 business days (3 free revisions provided)

  • Bulk production: 15-20 business days (expedited service available)

• Pricing Policy: Discounts are available for bulk orders. Specific pricing will be negotiated based on order quantity and customization complexity.

5. Collaboration Process

1. Provide Language Versions / Special Character Requests
   Customers provide the required language versions and special character requests to confirm the customization needs.

2. Confirm Key Mapping Table
   Customers provide the Excel key mapping table to ensure accuracy. If needed, we can provide a template or example.

3. Pay Sample Fee
   Pay the sample fee, which can be credited toward the bulk order.

4. Sample Approval
   Customers approve the sample for production. If the sample is not acceptable, customers can request up to 3 free modifications.

5. Bulk Production
   Bulk production will begin after sample approval and will be completed within 15-20 business days.

6. Delivery and After-sales Service
   After production, the products will be delivered as agreed. We provide comprehensive after-sales support.

6. Quality Commitment

• Durability Test: Passed 50,000 keystroke durability test (20% above the industry standard).

• Error Control: Keycap character position deviation ≤ 0.3mm.

• After-sales Guarantee: In the event of keycap printing errors or other quality issues, we offer full rework guarantees.

• Communication Channels: We will assign a dedicated specialist to manage the entire process and ensure smooth communication throughout the project.

• Sample Modifications and Confirmation: After sample approval, if any modifications are needed, up to 3 free revisions will be provided to ensure the final product meets the customer’s expectations.

8.MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Agreement

To maintain brand value and channel stability, all OEM customers must sign a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Agreement before mass production.

• Purpose: Avoid price wars across platforms; protect product positioning.

• Content: Agreed-upon minimum retail price for online/offline channels (e.g., Amazon, eBay, personal website).

• Scope: Applies to any listing using NAIDUN-designed or manufactured products.

• Violation Clause: Repeated price violations may result in order suspension or termination of cooperation.
